(2023) Project Management Foundations -PMIEF

Educators, who may be leaders of out-of-school-time (OST) projects, teachers, or mentors, will learn the project management methodology and terminology as well as some basic strategies for applying the project management methodology and tools to projects they are leading. After the course, they will be able to help youth gain knowledge of the project management framework and application of project management principles and strategies to a student project.
