COURSE DESCRIPTION: Educational Leadership in the 21st Century provides an interactive e-learning experience to support professional learning practices and plans with staff and administrators. In this course, participants explore and discuss school leadership in our students’ technological 21st century world. School leaders explore examples of best practices, examine leadership behaviors, and develop strategies to better support their teachers. They follow two administrators who work together to better use technology to support teachers and improve student achievement. Participants discuss ideas and strategies and apply them to their own practice. Extension activities provide opportunities to explore more in-depth topics of interest.

This course is designed for teachers, instructional leaders, principals, and superintendents.  You will receive 30 continuing education units or optional 2 graduate credit hours from Adams State University.
