On October 25, 2016, the Smithsonian Science Education Center in collaboration with the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and Colorado STEM will host a one-day program to build awareness for STEM education and the work currently taking place in Colorado. We would love for you to join us!
During the day you will hear from STEM education advocates from around the state, learn more from the Director of the Smithsonian Science Education Center, Dr. Carol O’Donnell, and participate in a hands-on, inquiry-based STEM experience. The day will conclude with conversations with local educators who have been impacted by the SSEC’s Colorado LASER Project, and a collective opportunity to shape the future of STEM education in Colorado. Please contact Tami McDonald (see below) for more information and registration. To register, please click here.
